Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples (born Aubrey Peeples) is an American actress and performer from America. Her most well-known role was playing Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012) as well as Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). In addition, she played the leading part of Jerrica Jem Benton on the movie Jem and the Holograms (2015). Aubrey Peeples grew up in Lake Mary Florida by parents Wendy and Ashley. Her younger sister is of Ally. Aubrey was a part of the Orlando Repertory Theatre during her early years. The valedictory was her 2012 class. Harvard University accepted her but agreed on entry twice after which she accepted her role in Nashville. Peeples appeared in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and played a recurring role in Necessary Roughness (1991). The actress also appeared in television films Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009 and The Good Mother). In season two, she was cast as Layla Grant in the Nashville drama. Peeples admitted to having bipolar disorder during an interview in 2019 with NKD Magazine. Indiewire named Peeples among the most talented actors of the year under twenty-one in September 2014.
